The finishing touches are going in at the new gathering area at Foothill Regional Park in Windsor! This 88-foot-long tile mosaic by Angelina Duckett Mosaics depicts the park’s recovery after the Kincade Fire, which burned the 211-acre park. The gathering area at the Arata Lane parking lot is one of the most visible examples of our “climate-adaptive” design approach to rebuild the park with fire-resistant materials.
