Iirc mustangs have some of the lowest actual damage and they are squishy. Armored units work well for me and you dont need high dps for them. They also seem to struggle against healing units. Id first go for sledgehammers. Arclights are a squishier alternative. Those mustangs have range so a vulcan would need range for them.
