This is a time when many have to prepare for winter, and when some of the first snow falls in the northern United States and Canada happen. It’s a time when most trees and shrubs have shed their leaves.

The next beaver moon will reach its peak in the United States on Friday, November 15 at 4:28 p.m. ET. This is the final supermoon of 2024, meaning it will be around 15% brighter than a regular full moon. The fact that it also happens to reach its peak at night means it will be extremely visible.
