You knew it would only be a matter of time before somebody responded and today, People shared remarks from a source close to the production, who claimed Sharon was actually "never cast" in the movie. According to the insider, director Paul Feig had talked to Sharon about potentially appearing in the film, "but the financials didn't work out."

Sharon Stone has claimed she was “unexpectedly” dropped from the cast of Another Simple Favor in a shady Instagram post. Stone, 67, amped up the sarcasm as she blasted: “I LOVED being cast and removed from my role unexpectedly for no reason at all LOVED it 👏👏👏👏.
