Los Angeles Police Department officials said an arrest was made Tuesday in the killings of "American Idol" executive Robin Kaye and her husband, Thomas Deluca, who were found dead Monday in their Encino home.

The extended American Idol family is in mourning today at the shocking loss of the series’ longtime music supervisor, Robin Kaye, who was found murdered along with her husband Thomas DeLuca in their Encino home on Monday (July 15).

The suspect arrested in the killings of an "American Idol" executive and her husband is due in court on Thursday. Police say Robin Kaye, the music supervisor for American Idol, and her husband were killed after they confronted an intruder in their home.
