The man accused of pushing a subway rider into the path of an oncoming train in Chelsea has pleaded not guilty.

A man accused of shoving a stranger onto the subway tracks on New Year’s Eve pleaded not guilty to attempted murder and other charges in a Manhattan courtroom Wednesday.

The man accused of shoving a New York City subway rider on to the tracks was indicted on Wednesday, the Manhattan District Attorney's Office says.

Andrew Pashinin, 19, faces a second-degree murder rap in connection to the Dec. 7 attack on a 33-year-old man at the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center station, cops said.

A man was indicted on attempted murder and assault charges for allegedly shoving a 45-year-old man in front of an oncoming train in a Manhattan subway station on New Year’s Eve, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg announced.
