U.S. special envoy Thomas Barrack said Monday he was "unbelievably satisfied" with Lebanon's response to Washington's proposals to disarm Hezbollah.

By Maya Gebeily BEIRUT (Reuters) -A U.S. envoy said on Monday he was "unbelievably satisfied" with Lebanon's reply to a U.S. proposal on disarming Hezbollah, following meetings in Beirut held hours after Israel launched new air strikes and a cross-border incursion.

U.S. envoy to Syria, Tom Barrack, stated on Monday that he is “satisfied” with Lebanon’s reaction to the disarmament plan he proposed for Hezbollah.
