Carr will miss his fourth straight game after suffering a fracture to his non-throwing hand in a Dec. 8 win over the New York Giants. Though Saints interim coach pushed back against reporting that described Carr's return as unlikely, the quarterback ultimately wasn't able to heal enough in order to play.

Carr (hand) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports. Reports suggested Carr was unlikely to play again this season after he suffered a concussion and broken left hand during a Week 14 win over the Giants.
