Yankees manager Aaron Boone confirmed Saturday that Stanton will “likely” be activated early next week— Monday or Tuesday —when the Yankees return home to face the Angels.

Boone revealed that Monday or Tuesday against the Angels at Yankee Stadium are what the team’s targeting for his return.
