TEMPLE, Texas (KWTX) - The U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force in Bell County, Texas, captured Quartez Jackson, 25, a fugitive murder suspect wanted in Chicago, Illinois, in Bell County. The Marshals were assisted by The Bell County Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes Apprehension Team (VCAT), which is led by Lieutenant Mike Mingst.
