NPS says that D.C.'s iconic cherry blossoms are expected to reach peak bloom this year sometime between March 28 and March 31.

Spring is around the corner, and the University of Washington (UW) says its cherry blossom trees on campus are close to blooming.

The cherry trees in the nation’s capital have reached stage three of their bloom cycle as they progress toward their flowery peak.
