WASHINGTON — Right outside of the Oval Office hangs the infamous Fulton County mug shot of President Donald J. Trump. It's a stark contrast to the White House portraits that line the walls of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. of past presidents who preceded him.

The framed photo, which is actually the cover of the New York Post with the mugshot on it, has been hanging outside the Oval Office since Feb. 4.
