The music mogul’s arrest Monday night comes months after his Miami Beach and Los Angeles mansions were raided.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges, including the federal racketeering count — a charge most often seen against organized crime figures. John Gotti, James “Whitey” Bulger and associates of the Mexican Mafia and South L.A.’s Crips have faced the charge in the past.

Sean "Diddy" Combs learned Wednesday he will be held without bail on charges including sex trafficking by force and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The indictment accuses Combs of orchestrating a widespread criminal conspiracy, operated through his various businesses with the aid of his employees and business associates.

The business empire, cultural cachet and fatherly image he had cultivated in the decades since he became a hot young hip-hop mogul in the 1990s had begun to erode.
