Jennifer Carvajal was 16 when she first caused a crash while driving drunk. Now 27, she admitted she did it a second time.

A 38-year-old woman has been charged with aggravated manslaughter in a December head-on crash in Egg Harbor Township that killed the driver of the other vehicle, authorities said. Oriel Dixon, of Egg Harbor Township, was also charged with child endangerment as a boy in her vehicle was injured in the Dec. 16 crash, township police said.

The man accused of hitting and killing another man while driving impaired in St. Petersburg last month is back behind bars on new charges connected to the crash, records show.

A woman was arrested late Friday after she struck and killed a pedestrian with an SUV in St. Petersburg and then left without stopping, police said. Kimberly Jordan Barham, 29, of St. Petersburg was arrested on charges of DUI manslaughter and leaving the scene of a crash involving death.

The suspect, Marcos Martinez Jimenez of San Rafael, suffered minor injuries. He was booked into the Marin County Jail on suspicion of intoxicated driving causing injuries, driving with a suspended license, violating his probation conditions in a prior DUI case and other offenses. Police also allege he drove through a red light before the crash.

Police in Anaheim arrested a woman for allegedly driving under the influence during a deadly car crash over the weekend.
