On the first floor, you'll find a two-car garage, and for an additional fee, access to a Level 2 EV (Electric Vehicle) charger with a J1772 plug, the most common type. Indoor stairs lead to the inviting second-floor main area, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable living space.
