If you are looking for a handicap parking spot, I would suggest the side lot beside the museum. Visitors would need to turn at 4th Street and go behind the museum.

The museum has shortened hours now, 9:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, with Saturday hours the same, 9am-5pm, and Sunday the same at 2pm-5pm.
